Step 1:
To return a product, raise a return or replacement request online.
Step 2:
Upon receipt of request, you will receive a confirmation and the order will be picked up within 48 hours.
Step 3:
Once received at our centre, Items within your order will be evaluated by Quality Assurance team.
Step 4:
Refunds for orders in perfect condition will be processed within 7 working days after order has been cleared by our QC team.
